PLC controller service and repair
Repairing a PLC controller is a standard intervention for us: we diagnose the root cause, replace the damaged CPU or HMI operator panel and load the program. When the program is missing, we restore it from a backup — and under service contracts we regularly make preventive backups of every controller in the plant, so a failure never means losing the software.
Machine down? We take over servicing third-party machines
Industrial automation service does not have to depend on the machine manufacturer. When the supplier does not respond, has left the market, or charges for travel from the other end of Europe, we take over the machine: we analyze the program directly from the controller, remove the cause of the stoppage remotely or on site, and leave documentation so the next failure does not stop production.

Remote PLC diagnostics usually starts within a few hours of the report. We operate locally around Żywiec and Bielsko-Biała, and under service contracts we cover plants across Poland and Germany.
What support tiers do you offer?
Three tiers: ad-hoc interventions (remote or on-site), hour packages for maintenance and optimization, and ongoing service contracts with guaranteed response times.
