2. What data we collect

Contact form: name, e-mail address and message content — solely to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

Visit analytics — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): IP address, approximate location (country, city), device type, browser, operating system, screen resolution, time zone, language, traffic source, visited pages and visit duration.

Without consent we collect anonymous statistics only (device class, browser, OS) — no IP address, no location, and no identifiers stored on your device.

3. Cookies and local storage

The site stores in your browser (localStorage): your consent decision, selected language and interface preferences. After consent, an analytics session identifier is also stored (sessionStorage) and removed when the tab is closed.

We use no advertising cookies and share no data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data recipients

Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN and site protection (IP addresses processed as part of network infrastructure).

ipwho.is — approximate geolocation based on IP address (consented sessions only).

E-mail provider — handling contact form messages and visit notifications (IP addresses in notifications are anonymized).

Hosting provider — operation of the server running this site.

5. Retention period

Analytics data and server logs are kept for 12 months. Contact form correspondence — for the time needed to handle the inquiry and possible claims.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser or writing to contact@ledniowski.com.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
