SYSTEM INTEGRATION
IOT / MES / ERP CONNECTIVITY
We integrate machines, robots and IT systems into coherent production lines: PLC communication, industrial networks, MES/ERP data exchange. Modernization and retrofits of existing installations.
We connect machines, robots and IT systems into one infrastructure — so production data gets where it is needed without manual re-entry.
We manage complex data exchange between PLCs and MES systems, ensuring reliable transmission of information regarding traceability, production orders, and key quality indicators. We acquire data even from older controllers, handling communication via RS or Profibus, making modernization possible without costly hardware replacement.
Scope of services
- Vertical Integration: Sensor -> PLC -> SCADA -> MES -> ERP
- Horizontal Integration: Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication via PackML
- Legacy equipment modernization (IoT Gateway installation)
- Network architecture design (VLAN, NAT, Firewalls for OT)
- Cybersecurity hardening (IEC 62443 guidelines)
Production lines for demanding industries
We build and modernize production lines for industries with the strictest formal requirements — defense, medical and food. Our scope includes automation of ammunition production lines and other defense applications: traceability of every batch, material accountability, one-hundred-percent quality inspection and documentation prepared for quality audits (AQAP 2110, ISO 9001).
For companies entering the defense industry supply chain we act as an automation subcontractor: design, programming, commissioning and documentation to the standard the end customer requires.
Frequently asked questions
Which systems can you connect together?
Full vertical integration: sensor → PLC → SCADA → MES → ERP, plus horizontal machine-to-machine (M2M) communication via PackML. We also support legacy controllers over RS and Profibus — modernization without hardware replacement.
Do you handle OT network cybersecurity?
Yes — we design industrial network architectures (VLANs, NAT, OT firewalls) and harden security according to IEC 62443 guidelines.
Does modernizing a machine require new CE marking?
It depends on the scope: a retrofit that does not change safety functions usually needs no re-certification, but a deep modernization may count as a substantial modification requiring a new conformity assessment under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. We assess the scope before work starts to avoid formal surprises.
Do you build ammunition production lines or other lines for the defense industry?
We design and modernize production lines with requirements typical of defense manufacturing: full batch traceability, material accountability, one-hundred-percent quality inspection, safety up to PL e / SIL 3 and documentation prepared for AQAP 2110 audits. We work as an automation subcontractor in the defense industry supply chain in Poland and Germany.
