Industrial automation – what we actually do
Industrial automation is everything that tells a machine what to do: the PLC, the operator panel, sensors, drives, robots and the program that ties them together. We have been doing this for over ten years – writing programs for new machines, fixing existing ones and commissioning entire production lines.
We work for production plants, maintenance teams and machine builders. You do not need to speak our language: describe what the machine should do, or what stopped working, and we take care of controller selection, safety and documentation.
When it makes sense to call us
A machine is down and the manufacturer does not respond. The program has to change because the product changed. An operator panel died and nobody has a copy of the program. Repetitive manual work is asking for a robot. Production data is retyped into spreadsheets. An old machine is mechanically fine but its electrics are due for replacement.
In each of these cases the first conversation and an initial estimate are free. We reply within 24 hours, including when the honest answer is that someone else will be faster or cheaper.

What does an industrial automation company actually do?
We program PLCs and HMI panels, commission industrial robots, build SCADA systems and service or modernize existing machines. In practice we make a machine do what production needs – and make it maintainable afterwards.
Who do you work for?
For production plants and their maintenance teams, for machine builders, and for integrators who need support on a project. We take on a single machine as readily as a complete line.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Żywiec in southern Poland, so we service plants across the region – Bielsko-Biała, Cieszyn, Oświęcim, Tychy, Katowice, Kraków. Projects and commissioning run throughout Poland and Germany, in English, Polish and German.
Where do we start if our machines are to run after 2027?
With three things that need no automation engineer: list who has remote access to the machines today, check whether anyone has ever restored a PLC or robot program from the backups, and ask the builder of the machine you are ordering how they intend to meet Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
