MOXX — AI assistant for a printing house

An intelligent assistant, MOXY, deployed on the website of the MOXX printing house — it advises customers on choosing print products, explains technical parameters and collects requests for quotation directly on the site.

Challenge

A printing house with over a decade of experience launched a young online shop (running since 2024) with a broad offering — from business cards through banners and mesh to roll-ups and UV solvent printing. Customers unfamiliar with printing got lost choosing a product and its parameters (format, bleed, DPI, paper weight), and some inquiries never turned into contact with the printing house.

Solution

We designed MOXY — an animated assistant embedded in the printing house website that runs the conversation in three modes: navigation (picking a product from a description of the situation), technical (bleed, DPI, formats, lead times) and brief (collecting parameters and ending with a ready request for quotation). Everything is backed by a single source of truth with product descriptions and contact details, and the language-model key stays safely on the server — it never reaches the browser.
